Fat-free sour cream             ¼ cup
Sugar                                   2 Tbsp
Salt                                       ¼ tsp
Pepper                                  ½ tsp
Ground mustard                   1 tsp
Unpeeled apples, shredded                        2 lb
Lemon juice                          2 Tbsp
Shredded cabbage               1 each







Preparation Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, salt, pepper, and ground mustard.  Mix well, cover, and chill for 1 hour.
      2.	Toss the apples with the lemon juice.  Combine the apples and cabbage 	and mix well.  Just before serving, add the dressing and toss.
