Eligibility
Guidelines
For
Adult Programs
To participate in some
CSC programs, adult applicants must meet the following eligibility
criteria:
1. Proof of US citizenship/residency:

US CITIZENSHIP (or Registered Alien) of the United States |
|
REGISTERED with the Selective Service if male born after January 1, 1960 and
at least 18 years of age |
|
RESIDENCE is NOT an eligibility requirement, however place of residence must
be known to determine low income status depending on metro or non-metro areas. |
2. Provide identification that shows
birthdate
